About the Firm

The firm started business in 1986 as Daniel L. Lassiter, Jr. CPA. In 2017 Matthew C Lassiter CPA joined the firm and the firm changed its name to Lassiter CPA PC. Dan and Matt are equal shareholders in the new corporation. Our business primarily focuses on tax planning, tax preparation, business consulting and accounting.

We have extensive experience in tax planning and preparation of individual federal and state income tax returns. In addition to individual tax returns, we also handle all forms of business tax returns.
